I’m looking to share, with another painter, my great 220 sq ft. windowed studio. It is located in Long Island City. (One stop from Manhattan) The Building is an amazing workspace for artists featuring over 180 private studios, an art gallery space, an experimental gallery, a dirty room and a full loading dock with large industrial elevators servicing all of our three floors. The building has 24 hour access. The total space is about 10 ft x 22 ft with very high ceilings. You will have a long wall to work.
